1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of its approach on the Scottish Elections (Reform) Bill should be taken in private at a future meeting.

2. Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Professor Antony Duff, Member, Howard League Scotland Committee;
Michael Clancy, Director Law Reform, the Law Society of Scotland;
Thomas Halpin, Chief Executive, Sacro;
Cathy Asante, Legal Officer, Scottish Human Rights Commission.

3. Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
