Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of draft Standing Order rule changes and a draft report on First Minister's Questions, and consideration of its work programme, should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Parliamentary Liaison Officers: The Committee will take evidence from— Joe FitzPatrick, Minister for Parliamentary Business, James Hynd, Head of Cabinet, Parliament and Governance Division, and Steven MacGregor, Head of Parliament and Legislation Unit, Scottish Government. 3. Complaints (in private): The Committee will continue its consideration of reports from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland. 4.
