Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee

1. Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Andy Hunter, Chair, Association of Electoral Administrators (Scotland and Northern Ireland Branch);
Sarah Mackie, Manager, Electoral Commission Scotland;
Chris Highcock, Secretary, Electoral Management Board for Scotland (EMB);
Peter Wildman, Chair, Electoral Registration Committee, Scottish Assessors Association.

2. Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

3. Sexual harassment and sexist behaviour (in private): The Committee will consider proposed changes to the Code of Conduct.
