1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2020 [draft] from—
Graeme Dey, Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans;
Roddy Angus, Elections Policy Advisor, Iain Hockenhull, Bill Team Leader, and Ewan McCaig, Solicitor, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government.

2. Subordinate legislation: Graeme Day (Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans) to move—S5M-23119—That the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee recommends that the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2020 [draft] be approved.

3. Scottish General Election (Coronavirus) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
