1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private and whether further papers on the Commission on Parliamentary Reform should be taken in private at future meetings 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of its approach to its inquiry into sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct at the Scottish Parliament should be taken in private a future meeting. 3. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Consumer Protection for Home Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, and take evidence from— Clare Haughey, Convener of the proposed CPG on Consumer Protection for Home Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. 4. Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016: The Committee will take evidence on draft parliamentary guidance and a code of conduct for persons lobbying members of the Parliament from— Dougie Wands, Acting Lobbying Registrar, Scottish Parliament. 5. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Consumer Protection for Home Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. 6. Commission on Parliamentary Reform: The Committee will consider notes by the clerks.
