During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from two Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Fulton MacGregor, Convener of the proposed CPG on the Future of Football in Scotland; Bob Doris, Convener of the proposed CPG on Rare, Genetic and Undiagnosed Conditions. 2. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Groups on the Future of Football in Scotland and Rare, Genetic and Undiagnosed Conditions. 3. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017. 4. Code of Conduct for Members of the Scottish Parliament (in private): The Committee will review the format of the Code of Conduct for Members of the Scottish Parliament.
