1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Heart and Circulatory Diseases, and take evidence from— Colin Smyth, MSP, Scottish Parliament. 3. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Heart and Circulatory Diseases. 4. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill : The Committee will consider the Bill at Stage 2. 5. Future parliamentary procedures and practices: The Committee will consider the evidence received and the next steps in its inquiry.
