1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take future consideration of a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland, and its own draft report on the complaint, in private at a future meeting. 3. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Fishing, and take evidence from— Stewart Stevenson, Convener of the proposed CPG on Fishing. 4. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Fishing. 5. Acting Conveners (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report and draft Standing Order rule changes. 6. Complaint: The Committee will consider a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
