During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 2. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill : The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— George Adam, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Iain Hockenhull, Elections Bill Team Leader, and David Maclennan, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 3. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Wood Panel Industry, and take evidence from— Fergus Ewing, Convener of the proposed CPG on Wood Panel Industry, Scottish Parliament. 4. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Wood Panel Industry. 5. Correspondence: The Committee will consider correspondence it has received. 6. Citizens' Assembly: The Committee will consider its approach to a report on the Citizens' Assembly. 7. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
