During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from four Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Foysol Choudhury, Convener of the proposed CPG on Bangladesh, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Paul O'Kane, Convener of the proposed CPG on Changing Places Toilets , Scottish Parliament; and then from— Paul Sweeney, Convener of the proposed CPG on Migration, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Jeremy Balfour, Convener of the proposed CPG on Older People, Age and Ageing, Scottish Parliament. 2. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Groups on Bangladesh, Changing Places Toilets, Migration and Older People, Age and Ageing.
