During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 on revisions to the Code of Conduct in private at this meeting and at future meetings.

2. Cross-Party Groups - annual report: The Committee will consider an annual update on Cross-Party Groups' compliance with the Code of Conduct.

3. Sexual harassment and sexist behaviour: The Committee will consider revisions to the Guidance on the Code of Conduct.

4. Sexual harassment and sexist behaviour: The Committee will consider revisions to the Direction to the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.

5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
Representation of the People Act 1983 Remedial (Scotland) Revocation Order 2019 (SSI 2019/408)

6. Code of Conduct: The Committee will consider potential revisions to the Code of Conduct.
