During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. The Committee will decide whether item 3 should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Future Parliamentary Procedures and Practices Evidence session: The Committee will take evidence from— Rt Hon. Karen Bradley, MP and Chair of the Procedure Committee, House of Commons; Lord Gardiner of Kimble, Senior Deputy Speaker, House of Lords; and then from— Rt Hon. Laurence Skelly, MLC, President , Tynwald, the Parliament of the Isle of Man; Denis Naughten, TD, member of Dáil Éireann, Dáil Éireann, the Houses of the Oireachtas; Gerit Vermeylen, Director of Legislative Service, The Flemish Parliament. 3. Future Parliamentary Procedures and Practices Evidence session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2 4. Lobbying Act Impact Assessment: The Committee will consider the Lobbying Act Impact Assessment.
