During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from four Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Claire Baker, Convener of the proposed CPG on Creative Economy, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Pam Gosal, Convener of the proposed CPG on India, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Paul McLennan, Convener of the proposed CPG on Wellbeing Economy, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Fulton MacGregor, Convener of the proposed CPG on Social Work, Scottish Parliament. 3. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Groups on Creative Economy, India, Wellbeing Economy and Social Work. 4. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider a change of purpose for the proposed Cross-Party Groups on Deafness, International Development and Tibet and a change of name and purpose for the proposed Cross-Party Group on Challenging Racial and Religious Prejudice and decide whether they should be accorded recognition 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
