Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from two Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Rachael Hamilton, Convener of the proposed CPG on Gardening and Horticulture, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Gillian Mackay, Convener of the proposed CPG on Stroke, Scottish Parliament. 2. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Groups on Gardening and Horticulture and Stroke. 3. Complaint (in private): The Committee will undertake its initial consideration of a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
