1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private.

2. The performance of the Scottish social security system: The Committee will take evidence from-
Shirley-Anne Somerville, Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People, Scottish Government;
David Wallace, Chief Executive, and James Wallace, Deputy Director Finance and Corporate Services, Social Security Scotland;
Fiona Campbell, Acting Head of Legislation and Operational Policy Unit, Social Security Directorate, Scottish Government.

3. The performance of the Scottish social security system: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and finalise its pre-budget report.
