1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Universal Credit roll-out: The Committee will take evidence from— Rob Gowans, Policy Officer, Citizens Advice Scotland; Archie Campbell, Benefits Representative, Musselburgh Citizens Advice Bureau; Kyna Reeves, Individual Advocacy Worker, CAPS Independent Advocacy; and then from— Sheila McKandie, Benefits & Welfare Manager, Highland Council; Andrina Hunter, Service Manager, Health and Social Care Partnership, Inverclyde Council; John Cunningham, Service Manager – Benefits and Financial Assessments, East Lothian Council. 3. Universal Credit roll-out: The Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2017-18.
