1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Managing the Implementation of the Scotland Acts: The Committee will take evidence on the Auditor General for Scotland's report from— Caroline Gardner, Auditor General for Scotland; Mark Taylor, Assistant Director, and Morag Campsie, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland; and then from— Jeane Freeman, Minister for Social Security, Stephen Kerr, Director of Social Security, John Campbell, Head of Digital Risk and Security, and James Wallace, Head of Finance, Scottish Government. 3. Managing the Implementation of the Scotland Acts: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Consultation on the Scottish Government's Revised National Outcomes: The Committee will consider a letter from the Convener of the Local Government and Communities Committee.
