Scottish Welfare Fund: The Committee will take evidence from- John Dickie, Director, Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland (CPAG); Jules Oldham, Head of Policy and Operations, Homeless Action Scotland; Elodie Mignard, Refugee Integration Services Manager, Scottish Refugee Council; Bill Scott, Director of Policy, Inclusion Scotland; and then from— Morag Johnston, Director of Financial and Business Services, Glasgow City Council; Sheila McKandie, Benefits & Welfare Manager, Highland Council. 3. Scottish Welfare Fund: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider a paper by the Clerk.
