Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/29) 4. Poverty and Inequality Commission: The Committee will consider the draft person specification for appointment of members of the Commission.
