1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Social Security (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's proposals for a Scottish Social Security Commission from— Dr Jim McCormick, Chair, and Judith Paterson, Chair, Workstream on Scrutiny, Disability and Carers Benefits Expert Advisory Group; and then from— Rosemary Agnew, Scottish Public Services Ombudsman; Niki Maclean, Director, and John Stevenson, Head of Improvement, Engagement and Standards, Scottish Public Services Ombudsman; and then from— Jeane Freeman, Minister for Social Security, Chris Boyland, Legislation Team Leader, and Ann McVie, Deputy Director, Social Security Policy, Scottish Government. 3. Social Security (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
