1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4, 5 and 6 in private. 2. Consideration of proposed draft Public Services Reform Order The Committee will take evidence on the draft Public Services Reform (Poverty and Inequality Commission) (Scotland) Order 2018 from: Gillian Cross, Child Poverty Lead, Scottish Government; Paul Tyrer, Head of Social Justice Strategy, Scottish Government; and Colin Brown, Senior Principal Legal Officer (ECT Division), Scottish Government. 3. Consideration of Universal Credit Regulations The Committee will consider the following negative instrument - The Universal Credit (Claims and Payments) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/436) 4. Child Poverty Delivery Plan The Committee will consider correspondence from the Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities. 5. Consideration of Disability and Carers Benefits Expert Advisory Group Report: The Committee will consider a report from the Disability and CarersBenefits Expert Advisory Group on independent scrutiny of social security. 6. Consideration of the Committee's work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
