Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2018-19 from— Jeane Freeman, Minister for Social Security, James Wallace, Head of Finance, Graeme Lockhart, Head of Platforms & Technologies, and Merlin Kemp, Team Leader, Housing Benefit Reform and Affordability, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider whether to take evidence on the following negative instrument— The Universal Credit (Claims and Payments) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/436) 3. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19 (in private): The Committee will consider a letter to the Finance Committee on the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2018-19.
