1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. The Committee will also decide whether its consideration of its work programme and its consideration of a draft report on Post-legislative scrutiny of the Child Poverty (Scotland) Act 2017 should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Social Security Scotland: The Committee will take evidence on its performance and operation from— David Wallace, Chief Executive, Miriam Craven, Chief Operating Officer, and Ally MacPhail, Deputy Director of Organisational Strategy and Performance, Social Security Scotland. 3. Social Security Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence heard under item 2.
