1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Kinship Care: The Committee will take evidence from— Kirsty Doull, Permanence Lead, CELCIS; Laura Caven, Chief Officer, Children and Young People Team, Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA); Vivien Thomson, Children and Families Policy and Practice Lead, Social Work Scotland; Linda Richards, Service Manager Looked After Services, Perth & Kinross Council; and then from— Micheleine Kane, Chair, Scottish Kinship Care Alliance; Gill Westwood, Manager, Peebles & District Citizens Advice Bureau; Alison Gillies, Welfare Rights Worker, Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland. 3. Kinship Care: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Correspondence: The Committee will consider correspondence received from the Covid-19 Recovery Committee.
