1. Decision on taking business in private: The Commission will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 2. Declaration of interests: Members of the Commission will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 3. Choice of Chair: The Commission will choose a Chair. 4. Choice of Deputy Chair: The Commission will choose a Deputy Chair. 5. Audit Scotland Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 March 2016 and Auditor’s Report on the Accounts: The Commission will take evidence from— Caroline Gardner, Auditor General for Scotland; Ian Leitch, Chair of the Board, Diane McGiffen, Chief Operating Officer, and Russell Frith, Assistant Auditor General, Audit Scotland. 6. Auditors of Audit Scotland: The Commission will consider a paper from the Secretary. 7. Work programme: The Commission will consider its work programme.
