1. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee willconsider correspondence relating to the Scottish Government’s consent to the UKGovernment legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to thefollowing UK statutory instrument–
The Animal Health and Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
2. Implication of Brexit for the agriculture sector: The Committee will take evidence from-

Proposed future business
At its next meeting, on 25 September, the Committee will take evidence as part of its pre-budget/financial scrutiny on roads maintenance in Scotland.
