1. Pre-Budget/Financial scrutiny on roads maintenance in Scotland (in private): The Committee will consider a draft letter on its pre-budget/financial scrutiny on roads maintenance in Scotland.

2. Agriculture and Fisheries update: The Committee will take evidence from-
Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy, Allan Gibb, Head of Sea Fisheries, John Kerr, Head of Agricultural Policy Division, and Mike Palmer, Deputy Director ACRE – Aquaculture, Crown Estate, Recreational Fisheries, EMFF and Europe, Scottish Government.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
M8 Motorway (Junction 29A Off Slip Road) (40mph Speed Limit) Regulations 2019; Environmental Impact Assessment (Transport) (Scotland) Regulations 2019.

4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals—
The European Rail Network for Competitive Freight and Trans-European Transport Network (Amendment and Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.


Proposed future business
