Subordinate legislation: Fergus Ewing (Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy) to move—S5M-17046—That the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee recommends that the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of South of Scotland Enterprise as Specified Authority) Order 2019 [draft] be approved. 4. South of Scotland Enterprise Bill: The Committee will consider the Bill at Stage 2. 5. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2018 to 11 May 2019. 6. Restricted Roads (20 mph Speed Limit) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
