Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 and 6 in private and whether consideration of its report on the Draft Climate Change Plan and approach paper for the Seat belts on School Transport Bill should be taken in private at a future meeting. 2. Draft climate change plan: The Committee will take evidence from— Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy and Connectivity, Trudi Sharp, Deputy Director, Agriculture and Rural Development, Gordon Struth, Head of Climate Change and Business Support, Jo O'Hara, Head of Forestry Commission Scotland, and Trevor Owen, Head of land management, Forest Enterprise Scotland, Scottish Government; and then from— Humza Yousaf, Minister for Transport and the Islands, Donald Carmichael, Director Transport Policy, Transport Scotland, and Jonathan Dennis, Economic Adviser, Transport Scotland, Scottish Government. 3.
