1. Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Jonnie Hall, Director of Policy, NFU Scotland;
Lizzy Baxter, NFU Scotland Next Generation Representative, NFUS Next Generation Committee;
Yvonne White, Chair, Scottish Crofting Federation;
Christopher Nicholson, Chairman, Scottish Tenant Farmers Association;
Eleanor Kay, Policy Adviser (Agriculture & Forestry), Scottish Land & Estates.

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
the Official Controls (Agriculture) (Scotland) Regulations 2019.

3. Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will review the evidence heard at agenda item 1.
