1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 2. Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-31 from— Mairi Gougeon, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and Islands, Allan Gibb, Acting Deputy Director, Marine Scotland, and Emma Phillips, Lawyer, Scottish Government Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-32 from— Màiri McAllan, Minister for Environment and Land Reform, Rosemary Anfield, GMO Policy Officer, Caspian Richards, Head of Policy and Pesticide Survey Unit, Science and Advice for Scottish Agriculture and Rural Economy Directorate, and Emily Williams Boylston, Lawyer, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Act 2020 (Consequential Modifications) and Agricultural Products, Aquatic Animal Health and Genetically Modified Organisms (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 5. Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 6. Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 7.
