Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence to inform its forthcoming consideration of Stage 2 amendments from— Màiri McAllan, Minister for Environment and Land Reform, Hugh Dignon, Head of Wildlife Management Unit, Leia Fitzgerald, Team Leader, Wildlife Legislation Team, and Amy Hogarth, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 2. Avian flu in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Sheila Voas, Chief Veterinary Officer, and Alastair Douglas, Head of Animal Disease Control Branch, Scottish Government. 3. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The Plant Health (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
