1. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider the following new petitions—
PE1819: NHS bursary for Scottish paramedic students and will take evidence from Rory J Maclean, on behalf of the petitioner; PE1805: Provision of NHS Hospitals in Scotland; PE1806: Improving survival from pancreatic cancer; PE1811: Independent sport ombudsman; PE1813: Reform the national curriculum to include all African Scottish history; and PE1814: Compulsory education of Black, Asian, and minority ethnic history in Scottish schools.

2. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions—
PE1766: Legal aid for private criminal prosecutions for unwaged and/or learning-disabled victims of abuse; PE1768: Children Hearing proceedings should be minuted and or recorded; PE1769: Higher Education in Scotland; PE1773: Reform rape law; and PE1774: Formally record vaping-related illnesses and deaths.
