1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private.

2. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider the following new petitions—
PE1818: Introduce regulations on residential use of trampolines; and PE1826: Introduce a new national emblem of Scotland.

3. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions—
PE1740: Improving the handling of complaints about public services; PE1749: Financial viability of listed buildings; PE1781: Written constitution for Scotland; PE1782: Full consultation on stocking of salmon rivers; PE1783: Public Awareness and funding for childhood cancers with low survival rates; PE1784: Review of the Sheriff Court Fees 2018; PE1785: Review and reduce social work powers; PE1786: Prosecutions under the Mental Health Act 2003; and PE1787: The use of Makaton sign language in the legal system.

4. Business planning (in private): The Committee will consider a paper on its approach to the end of Session 5.
