1. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions—
PE1637: Ship-to-ship oil transfers and trust port accountability and will take evidence from Paul Wheelhouse, Minister for Energy, Connectivity and the Islands; Michael McLeod, Head of Marine Conservation; and Martin Ritchie, Head of Ports, Shipping, Freights and Canals, Scottish Government. PE1722: Parking charges at island lifeline ferry ports and will take evidence from Paul Wheelhouse, Minister for Energy, Connectivity and the Islands; Paul Maxton, Senior Islands Expert, Scottish Government; and Chris Wilcock, Head of Ferries, Transport Scotland. PE1756: Review current housing legislation to protect people experiencing domestic or elder abuse; PE1757: Reduce actuarial reductions to the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme; PE1759: Equal school hours for all children in Scotland; PE1791: Referendums (Scotland) Act 2020; PE1795: Funding for Spòrs Gàidhlig; and PE1801: Retain powers of economic and industrial intervention.
