1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private.

2. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider the following new petitions—
PE1718 on Body cameras for the NHS; and PE1719 on Review of fire safety stay-put policy.

3. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions—
PE1533 on Abolition of non-residential social care charges for older and disabled people (subject to analysis of written submissions); PE1652 on Abusive and threatening communication; PE1674 on Managing the Cat Population in Scotland; PE1690 on Review treatment of people with ME in Scotland; PE1696 on Preserving Scottish Battlefields; and PE1706 on Introduce a law to allow pets in rented and supported accommodation.

4. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2018 to 11 May 2019.
