1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider— PE1639: Enterprise agency boards; and will take evidence from— Maureen Macmillan; and will then consider— PE1633: Private criminal prosecutions; PE1634: Equality in council tax payment options; PE1635: Review of section 11 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995; PE1636: Require that all single use drinks cups are 100% biodegradable. 3. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider— PE1319: Improving youth football in Scotland; PE1458: Register of interests for members of Scotland’s judiciary; PE1545: Residential care provision for the severely learning disabled; PE1551: Mandatory reporting of child abuse; PE1613: Taking account of sound sensitivity in regulating antisocial behaviour and environmental health; PE1625: Wider awareness, acceptance and recognition of Pathological Demand Avoidance Syndrome. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
