1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. The National Fraud Initiative in Scotland 2022: The Committee will take evidence on the report from— Antony Clark, Executive Director of Performance Audit and Best Value , and Anne Cairns, Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland. 3. The 2020/21 audit of the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence on the section 22 report from— Maggie Chapman MSP, Member, Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body; David McGill, Clerk/Chief Executive, and Huw Williams, Private Secretary/ Head of Office , Scottish Parliament. 4. The 2020/21 audit of the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 3 and take further evidence from— Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland; Richard Robinson, Senior Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland. 5. The National Fraud Initiative in Scotland 2022: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from— Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland; Antony Clark, Executive Director of Performance Audit and Best Value , and Anne Cairns, Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland.
