1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private.

2. Section 22 report - The 2018/19 audit of the Scottish Prison Service: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from—
Phil Fairlie, Scottish National Chairman, Prison Officers' Association Scotland;
Steve Farrell, Regional Secretary, Scotland and Northern Ireland, Community Union;
Michael Guy, Director, HMP Kilmarnock, Serco UK Justice and Immigration;
Nigel Ironside, Chair, Prison Governors' Association (Scotland);
Tony Simpson, Director of UK Custodial Operations, Sodexo;
Wendy Sinclair-Gieben, HM Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland.

3. Section 22 report - The 2018/19 audit of the Scottish Prison Service: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from—
Caroline Gardner, Auditor General for Scotland;
Mark Roberts, Audit Director, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland.

4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
