1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda item 3 in private.

2. Section 23 report - Highlands and Islands Enterprise: Management of Cairngorm mountain and funicular railway: The Committee will take evidence from-
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;
Graeme Greenhill, Senior Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, and Derek Hoy, Audit Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland.

3. Section 23 report - Highlands and Islands Enterprise: Management of Cairngorm mountain and funicular railway: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from—
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;
Graeme Greenhill, Senior Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, and Derek Hoy, Audit Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland.

4. Post-legislative scrutiny: The Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 (in private): The Committee will consider the written evidence received and its next steps.

5. Key audit themes (in private): The Committee will consider a draft summary of the evidence received on leadership and workforce challenges in the health and social care sectors.

6. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
