1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda items 3 and 4 in private.

2. Post-legislative Scrutiny - The Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016: The Committee will take evidence from-
Billy McLaren, Lobbying Registrar, and James Drummond, Assistant Registrar, Lobbying Register Team, Scottish Parliament;
and then from—
Graeme Dey, Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans, Dougie Wands, Senior Policy Adviser, and Al Gibson, Policy Adviser, Parliament and Legislation Unit, Scottish Government.

3. Post-legislative Scrutiny - The Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2.

4. Key audit themes: managing public sector IT projects: The Committee will consider a draft note of a focus group session with IT contractors.
