3. Section 23 report - Scotland's City Region and Growth Deals: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from—

4. Section 22 report - The 2018/19 audit of the Scottish Prison Service (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft report.

5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
