1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private.

2. Section 22 report - The 2019/20 audit of the Scottish Police Authority: The Committee will take evidence from-
Lynn Brown, Interim Chief Executive, Martyn Evans, Chair, and David Crichton, former Chair, Scottish Police Authority;
and then from—
Chief Constable Iain Livingstone QPM, and James Gray, Chief Financial Officer, Police Scotland.

3. Section 22 report - The 2019/20 audit of the Scottish Police Authority: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from—
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;
Gillian Woolman, Assistant Director, and Pauline Gillen, Audit Manager, Audit Services, Audit Scotland.

4. Legacy paper: The Committee will consider the content of a draft Legacy paper.

5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
