1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. The Committee will also decide whether to take in private at a future meeting (a) discussion of its first work programme and (b) consideration of a draft letter on the Scottish Government’s 2022-23 budget. 2. Determination of Committee priorities for this Session: The Committee will take evidence from— Jonathan Brearley, Harriet Harmon, Anna Rossington , and Steve McMahon, Ofgem; and then from— Brendan Callaghan, Environmental Standards Scotland; Tony Rose, and Iain Docherty, Professor, Infrastructure Commission for Scotland; Karen Turner, Professor, University of Strathclyde. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Carbon Accounting Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 4. Determination of Committee priorities for this Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
