Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the National Bus Travel Concession Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2022 [draft] from— Jenny Gilruth, Minister for Transport, and Heather Auld, Solicitor, Scottish Government; Tom Davy, Head of Bus Strategy and Concessions Policy, and Debbie Walker, Business and Operations Manager, Transport Scotland. 3. Subordinate legislation: Jenny Gilruth (Minister for Transport) to move—S6M-02903—That the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee recommends that the National Bus Travel Concession Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2022 [draft] be approved. 4. Transfer of operation of ScotRail: The Committee will take evidence from— Michael Clark, Programme Director, Strategy and Transformation, Great British Railways Transition Team; Mick Hogg, Regional Organiser, RMT (The National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers); Robert Samson, Senior Stakeholder Manager, Transport Focus. 5. Transfer of operation of ScotRail: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 4. 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
