Environmental governance in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Dr Richard Dixon, Deputy Chair, and Mark Roberts, Chief Executive, Environmental Standards Scotland. 6. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Road Works (Scottish Road Works Register Fees and Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2024 (2024/23) 7. Environmental governance in Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 5.
