1. Non-Domestic Rates (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Bill at Stage 2. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Non-Domestic Rates (Valuation Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 from— Tom Arthur, Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth, Anouk Berthier, Non-Domestic Rates Policy , and Susan Robb, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth to move— S6M-04283—That the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee recommends that the Non-Domestic Rates (Valuation Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 be approved. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022
