1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Scottish Social Housing Charter: The Committee will take evidence from— Patrick Harvie, Minister for Zero Carbon Buildings, Active Travel and Tenants’ Rights , Michael Boal, Social Housing Charter & Regulation , and Anne Cook, Head of Social Housing Services, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004 (Remuneration) Amendment Regulations 2022. 4. Building Safety Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Scottish Government’s Legislative Consent Memorandum (LCM-S6-13) 5. Scottish Social Housing Charter: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
