2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (Meetings of Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisations) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020 [draft] from—
Aileen Campbell, Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Local Government, Jamie MacQueen, Lawyer, and Caroline Monk, Senior Policy Officer, Scottish Government.

3. Subordinate legislation: Cabinet Secretary Local Communities and Government to move—S5M-22819—That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that the The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (Meetings of Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisations) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020 [draft] be approved.

4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2021-22: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2021-22 from—
George Eckton, Director of Advice Services, Citizen Advice Scotland;
Alison Watson, Director of Shelter Scotland, Shelter;
Charlie McMillan, Chief Executive, Scottish Commission for Learning Disability;
and then from—
Johanna Baxter, Head of Local Government Bargaining, Unison;
Callum Chomczuk, National Director, Chartered Institute of Housing;
Kirsten Hogg, Head of Policy, Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations.

5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2021-22: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
