Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny. 5. Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will further consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
